"Nestled between cypress trees and umbrella pines, this bohemian-chic bastide, ten minutes from Saint-Tropez, is run by the Sibuet family, one of France's leading hotel families. This 5-star hotel, open from May to October, is one of the finest in Saint-Tropez, and is set in a green Mediterranean setting. With its breathtaking views over Pampelonne Bay, its 45 rooms - my favorites are those with canopies - and five suites are an ode to vacations.

Everything is designed for relaxation: from breakfast on the patio to the pearly shell bar, from a reading break in the cactus greenhouse to the swimming pool, not forgetting the "Dolce Vita" restaurant and bar-lounge, where you can savor a bouillabaisse-style rock soup, a summer truffle risotto and a lemon caviar soufflé. My personal favorite: the warm seashell massage, surrounded by the scents of rose and jasmine, at the spa."
